How Career Quiz Atlas handles tool inputs, quiz answers and saved results.

Tool inputs and quiz answers

The tools work without an account. The Career Interest, Work Style, Work Pressure, Career Right and Readiness quizzes, the Job Fit Finder and the cost calculator run in your browser: answers stay on your device in the open tab, are not put in the page address or browser storage, and are gone when you close or clear them. Searching for a job title sends what you type to our server to find matches. Occupation comparisons and quiz suggestions send your answers to our server only to compute the result; they are not stored and not sent to analytics.

Analytics

If you allow it, we count anonymous usage with PostHog: which quiz or tool page was opened, which step was reached, whether a result was shown and which kind of link was clicked next, plus where the visit came from (search, social, a named campaign), the first page of the visit and whether the screen is a phone, tablet or desktop.

We never send your answers, preferences, pay floor, results, scores, the occupations you look at in a result, or the page address with its query. Events use a random id that lasts only for the open tab; we do not create a profile, do not record sessions and do not collect form input. Your browser's Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track setting is treated as a refusal.
